We bought a condo that we decided was not for us ( we found it on our own and decided to sell after we found the condo.)His team helped with finalizing everything for us. Tony sold our condo in 3 DAYS for full asking price. We did not have a home when he sold ours so,he helped us get two weeks more time to settle on the condo. He then spent many days looking and taking us to many houses before helping us negotiate our new house. I would recommend Tony and his team. I hope to not move again, but if I do, I will be calling Tony!!

Any time we had a question or concern no matter the time, Tony got back to us within minutes.This is second time we have used him. The first time,a few years ago, he gave us some suggestion to help sell, then took beautiful pictures, and sold it in a little less than three weeks. We already had a house we wanted to buy so he didn't have to help us find one, but He was also very helpful in that end too. This past time, Tony again, took beautiful pictures of our house and sold it in three days for full asking price!!! At that point , I think we had only looked at a few houses, so we didn't find one yet.( The buyer wanted a quick settlement, but he did get us an extra two weeks) My husband and I knew what we were looking for in a new home and I feel like Tony did too, he sent us many listings with criteria we had told him. ( We had changed the criteria a few times) He went with us to many showings until we finally found a home. Tony and his team worked countless hours for us and always made us feel comfortable to call and ask questions. After the first time using Tony, my son( at our suggestion) hired him to help him find his first home. I would recommend Tony to anyone who asks. We could not be any more pleased with the service he provided us with. I think he is an extremely knowledgeable person, if he didn't know the answer to a question we had, he found out and got right back to us. When we first moved to Harford County, we went through 2 agents before selling one house, and trying to find another. We actually wound up finding the new home ouselves. That was not a pleasant ordeal (We did not know Tony then) So I do know what working with other agents can be like, them trying to get you to buy a property that isn't even close to what you had told them you wanted in an area you did not want to live. I do not plan on moving again any time soon, but if for some reason ( maybe move out of state) I do, we will be calling Tony again. I tell anyone who is looking for an agent to call Tony

Due to a traumatic fall, Mom had to sell her home in Maryland and move in with me( in Pennsylvania). Tony did an excellent job several years ago selling my previous home, so we again enlisted his services. As always, he went above and beyond, not only in assuring my elderly mother understood all the intricacies of the sale, but in helping her save time and money related to inspections, repairs, etc. He arranged everything from start to finish and answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly. Tony was always available to do ANYTHING that needed to be completed on the house from the start of the sale through settlement. He is a consummate professional - handling bumps and pitfalls with calm assurance and confidence - thus helping both Mom and me to not sweat or fret during the home selling process. He is an absolutely phenomenal relator. My boyfriend and I began looking at houses months before we were actually ready to buy, but Tony would send us homes each week that fit what we were looking for and he would even check in with us from time to time to see if we had any questions or needed anything. When the time came that we were ready to buy, Tony was on it! He is very flexible, organized, responsive and he is incredibly knowledgeable.
